- Acceptable file types are JPGs and PNGs
- Files for customization must be 2100x1344 pixels / 3.5 x 2.24 inches at 600dpi
- Logo must not take up more than 25% of the card area and positioned above the Primary Account Number (PAN)
- Verification of purchasing company's Know Your Business (KYB) information is required.
- All artwork is subject to review
- Text color, sizing & positioning not customizable
- Personalization field content (name on card, custom card message) can be customized, but not the network-required content (descriptor, “Debit”, legalese, etc.)
- Back of card is typically not customizable, but limited customizations in certain scenarios are possible.
Artwork Guidelines for Edge-to-Edge Design
The following are examples of content that will NOT be approved:
- Advertising, taglines, promo language, or websites that are not part of your standard logo/brand
- Telephone numbers
- Competitive marks or names
- Products not associated with your brand
- Products or brands associated with alcohol, tobacco, gambling or firearms
- Copyrighted or trademarked material not owned by your company
- Celebrities or public figures not associated with your brand
- Any language or image that is provocative, obscene, or suggestive of violence
